The Yahoo Games User Purchase service (the "Service") allows you to purchase optional virtual goods for certain games, such as additional poker chips for Poker and better cues for Pool ("In Game Purchases") to enhance your games experience. In App Purchases are not required to play any games.
For clarity, the Yahoo Games User Purchase service is a "Service" as defined in the TOS. These Additional Terms may be changed or updated at any time, but you can find the most recent version at the URL listed above. If any conflict between the terms and conditions of these Additional Terms and those in the TOS occurs, the terms and conditions of these Additional Terms will control. Your use, or continued use of the Service constitutes an acceptance of these Additional Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not wish to be bound by these Additional Terms.
When you click the "Pay" button in the purchase process, your payment method will be immediately charged for the total amount displayed for the virtual goods you selected. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any additional transaction fees, overdraft charges or similar charges related to your payment method.
If you would like to request a refund of your In Game Purchase, email us within 7 days of the date of original purchase at email@example.com with (1) the order number, which you can find in your Yahoo Wallet account) and (2) an explanation of why you want the refund. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has taken place under your account, you must notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unless you notify us within 30 days after the transaction, you waive to the fullest extent permitted by law all claims against us related to the transaction.
Yahoo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Service at any time for any reason, without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that Yahoo has no liability to you or any third party arising from or relating to Yahoo's decision to terminate the Service.
Yahoo uses secure servers, when appropriate, for added security. Please remember, however, that no data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT. You and Yahoo each agree that these Additional Terms and the relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions and that any and all claims, causes of action or disputes (regardless of theory) arising out of or relating to these Additional Terms, or the relationship between you and Yahoo, must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the county of Santa Clara, California or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. You and Yahoo agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California or the Northern District of California, and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts. v. 11.25.2013
